Wild caught Tuna in our Mediterranean coast using our ancestor's techniques with the Almadraba system. Sustainable and responsible, this technique in this area is dated from the Phoenicians period 3.000 years ago

We have selected the finest delicacies from our Mediterranean coast and its unique ecosystem to bring it to the Nordic countries.
A world renowned delicacy, in this case our cured hams come from Chato Murciano, a pig's breed in danger of extinction in the recent years who has been recovered by our supplier. It is unique by its fat and delicate flavor.
