Chato Murciano's breed, it is native to Murcia, a pig with a black coat and dark meat, as it comes from crosses with Iberian breeds. This breed is in danger of extinction, it is currently reared in semi-stabling and is fed on natural cereals and vegetables from the market garden, as was traditionally done.
