Fish
Our salted cured fish comes from the biggest saltwater lagoon in Europe, located in the Iberian Peninsula in the south-east of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Spain. At the northern end there are salt flats, which include a wetland of international importance, this area is preserved as a natural park.
Our fresh fish products come straight from our fishermen along the Mediterranean Spanish Coast and Atlantic Spanish Coast, all of them are fished with artisanal nets. They are part of the the responsible and sustainable fishing environmental organisms, respecting the nature and the ecosystem of our seas.
